In Alberta Utility Commission (AUC) proceeding 27013, enforcement staff received a complaint regarding ATCO Electric Ltd’s (ATCO Electric’s) matting service procurement for the Jasper Interconnection Project. Enforcement staff investigated the claim and found evidence suggesting ATCO Electric contravened several legal obligations in this matter.
