In Proceeding 26318, EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. (EPCOR) is seeking an order from the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) indicating the amount of compensation that EPCOR must pay to the Battle River Cooperative REA Ltd. (Battle River) in exchange for facilities that will be transferred from Battle River to EPCOR.
