ENMAX Terms and Conditions Amendment Application

In proceeding 29065 ENMAX Power Corporation (ENMAX) proposes revisions to its Distribution Tariff Customer Terms and Conditions, Distribution Tariff Retailer Terms and conditions, and Distribution Tariff Terms and Conditions Fee Schedule (together, T&C). The revisions proposed are to ENMAX’s current T&C that were approved in Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) in Decision 28575-D02-2024.

The OEB’s Regulated Price Plan Analysis

In November 2021, the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) published their findings related to pilot programs with time-of-use pricing and other methods besides price to affect customer behaviour. Programs were evaluated locally and Guidehouse Consulting analyzed the results for insight into what features worked best.

AUC Distributed Generation Inquiry – Summary of Responses

The responses to the Alberta Utilities Commission questions regarding the development of distributed generation (DG) in the province were numerous and varied. They spanned a range of topics from technical solutions to high-level regulatory changes.  Given the volume of information available, it is helpful to focus on two main issue which present the most significant challenges and were raised by most of the participants in their responses.
