Decision on EQUS Complaint Over Fortis Option M

The AUC has issued decision 22293-D01-2017 on EQUS REA’s application to have FortisAlberta’s Terms & Conditions altered such that EQUS Distributed Generation (DGen) customers on the EQUS system are eligible for Fortis’s option M rate.

AUC Distributed Generation Inquiry – Summary of Responses

The responses to the Alberta Utilities Commission questions regarding the development of distributed generation (DG) in the province were numerous and varied.
