Independent Power Producers Society of Alberta’s (IPPSA) evidence was struck down by the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) for Proceeding 23828, related to the approval of a settlement agreement between the Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA) and the Balancing Pool (BP).
