The Court of Appeal of Alberta has decided[1] to allow an application for an appeal of AUC Decision 26090-D01-2021. In this decision, the AUC decided that distribution tariff credits for DCGs (distribution connected generators) should be phased out.
Responses have been submitted to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC)’s hydrogen inquiry. The hydrogen inquiry is broadly aimed at gathering information on the technical requirements and economic viability of blending hydrogen in natural gas distribution systems.

FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment refunds a portion of streetlight costs in occupied lots.
