In Proceeding 30031, EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc. (EDTI or EPCOR) applied to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or the Commission) for approval of a Negotiated Settlement Agreement (NSA) with the Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) and the Consumers’ Coalition of Alberta (CCA). Parties also submitted final arguments and reply.
