In Proceeding 30031, the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or Commission) issued its final decision regarding EPCOR Distribution & Transmission Inc.’s (EDTI) 2026–2027 general tariff application (GTA). In its decision, the Commission provided the rationale for its earlier approval of the negotiated settlement agreement (NSA) and addressed the remaining issues that were not resolved through the settlement process.
