In proceeding 30323, ATCO Electric Transmission (ATCO) applied to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) for approval of a negotiated settlement agreement (NSA) between itself, the Consumers’ Coalition of Alberta (CCA), the Office of the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) and the Industrial Power Consumers Association of Alberta (IPCAA), in respect of ATCO’s 2026-2027 general tariff application (GTA).
