The Alberta Utilities Commission has decided to vary its original ruling in Decision 22742-D01-2019 on ATCO’s Kearl Line relocation costs and ATCO Park Head Office Rent costs (as per Decision 25282-D01-2020).
The Commission has initiated Proceeding 25282 to examine whether Decision 22742-D02-2019, pertaining to ATCO Electric Ltd.’s (AET) 2018 – 2019 GTA, should be confirmed, varied, or rescinded.
On January 9, 2020 the AUC released its decision on ATCO Electric Ltd.’s (AET) review and variance (R&V) application for its 2018-2019 GTA.[1]
