The Alberta Utilities Commission has decided to vary its original ruling in Decision 22742-D01-2019 on ATCO’s Kearl Line relocation costs and ATCO Park Head Office Rent costs (as per Decision 25282-D01-2020).
The Town of Devon (Devon) is requesting a stay from the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) on Decision 24435-D01-2019 pending a review and variance (R&V) application.
On January 9, 2020 the AUC released its decision on ATCO Electric Ltd.’s (AET) review and variance (R&V) application for its 2018-2019 GTA.[1]
Following the Alberta Utilities Commission’s (AUC) Decision 22942-D02-2019 (hereafter referred to as the ‘Decision’) on the AESO’s 2018 ISO tariff, various utilities have filed review and variance (R&V) applications on subject matters discussed in the decision.
In the Alberta Electric System Operators (AESOs) Independent System Operator Tariff application, AltaLink Management Ltd. (AltaLink) – a transmission facility operator (TFO) – submitted an alternative customer contribution refund proposal which was approved by the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission).
On January 18, 2016 the Alberta Utilities Commission released decision (20456-D01-2016), denying an application from the Alberta Utilities to review and vary the 2013-2015 Generic Cost of Capital Decision.
