In Bulletin 2021-18, the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) initiated the review of the rules that govern cost recovery in rates proceedings with the goal of making cost recovery more efficient and issue focused. Specifically, the Commission is currently focusing on Rule 022: Rules on Costs in Utility Rate Proceedings.
