In proceeding 26756, the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) issues their decision regarding the Alberta Federation of Rural Electrification Association’s (AFREA) request for a review and variance of Decision 25916-D01-2021 in which FortisAlberta (Fortis) is to comply with the Commission’s directives concerning it’s 2022 Phase II Distribution Tariff Application (DTA).
FortisAlberta Inc. (Fortis) initiated Proceeding 25916 by submitting its 2022 Phase II Distribution Tariff Application to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) in October 2020.
The Commission has approved ENMAX Power Corporation’s (EPC) 2019 Distribution Tariff Application (DTA) Phase II, subject to a number of conditions.[1]
