Town of Hinton Water Rates

In proceeding 30205, Mondi Hinton Inc. (Mondi) which owns and operates a pulp mill within the town of Hinton appeals to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or Commission) to retroactively adjust water rates and charges imposed on it by the Town of Hinton (the Town).
