Update on Water Dispute between CRN and JSB Water Commissions

In proceeding 29831, the John S. Batiuk Regional Water Commission (JSB) and the Capital Region Northeast Water Services Commission (CRN) filed their reply arguments regarding a dispute over water rates being charged by CRN to JSB. The Commission also issued its decision on the matter.
