In proceeding 29213, the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or Commission) approves EPCOR Distribution and Transmission Inc.’s (EPCOR) application to update its system access service (SAS), cost-of-service study (COS study), and rate design model to change its demand allocators for demand-based charges. The AUC also approved updates to definitions within EPCOR’s SAS Rate Schedule and Distribution Tariff Policies.
