Update on Technical Session 3 for Participant Related Costs and DFO Cost Flow-Through

The AESO held its third technical session regarding participant related costs and distribution facility operator (DFO) cost flow-through on June 25, 2020. Readers may recall earlier industry updates discussing previous technical sessions. The AESO’s most recent updates may be relevant for cost flow-through purposes in the event the City’s distribution system is connected to a generator in the future.
