The Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) issued a Decision in Proceeding 23870 on EQUS REA’s (EQUS) application with regards to a review and variance of Decision 22164-D01-2018
Arguments were submitted to the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) for Proceeding 23828, related to the approval of a Settlement Agreement between the Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA) and the Balancing Pool (BP).
The Capacity Market Regulation was filed by the Minister of Energy on December 14, 2018, pursuant to sections of the Electric Utilities Act (EUA), which allow the Minister to make regulations regarding the capacity market.
