AUC Initiated Review of the PBR Plans for the ATCO Utilities

PBR Generic Proceeding

Recall from a previous article that the Alberta Utilities Commission has initiated proceedings on the second generation of Performance Based Regulation (PBR) with a request for feedback on the draft issues list. Several Alberta utilities and the Alberta Customers (Consumers Coalition of Alberta, Utilities Consumer Advocate and City of Calgary) have submitted responses outlining a number of concerns with the preliminary issues list.
