(Fortis) regarding additional charges associated to the interconnection of Capital Power’s Strathmore Solar Project (the Strathmore Project).
The responses to the Alberta Utilities Commission questions regarding the development of distributed generation (DG) in the province were numerous and varied. They spanned a range of topics from technical solutions to high-level regulatory changes. Given the volume of information available, it is helpful to focus on two main issue which present the most significant challenges and were raised by most of the participants in their responses.
