On August 26, 2021, EPCOR Energy Alberta (EEA) submitted its 2021-2022 Regulated Rate Tariff (RRT) Application (the Application) to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) in Proceeding 26694. Enmax 2021-22 Transmission Tariff

On September 11, 2020, Enmax Power Corporation (Enmax) filed a Transmission Facility Owner general tariff application for 2021-22, initiating Proceeding 25726. Following initial information requests, the Alberta Utilities Commission (the AUC) suspended the process until February 2021 over a disagreement regarding Enmax’s reporting of 2020 expenses, the year prior to the proposed tariff. Enmax filed the application with an estimate of 2020 expenses from May 2020, but in December the AUC directed Enmax to update the 2020 forecast based on nine months of recorded 2020 expenses.
