Arguments in Direct Energy’s Energy Price Setting Plan Application

Decision on EEA’s 2021-2024 EPSP Application

In proceeding 26316, EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. (EEA) is applying for the approval of their 2021-2024 Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP). The Consumers’ Coalition of Alberta (CCA) and the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) made several recommendations regarding EEA’s plan to continue using a descending clock auction for procuring their Regulated Rate Option (RRO) load.
