Decision on EEA’s 2021-2024 EPSP Application

In proceeding 26316, EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. (EEA) is applying for the approval of their 2021-2024 Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP). The Consumers’ Coalition of Alberta (CCA) and the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) made several recommendations regarding EEA’s plan to continue using a descending clock auction for procuring their Regulated Rate Option (RRO) load.

EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. (EEA) is applying for approval of a new Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP), which, if successful, will replace the 2018-2021 EPSP and stay in effect until June 30, 2024. [1]

Direct Energy 2017-2018 RRT & DRT Application

In the 2017-2018 Default Rate Tariff (DRT) and Regulated Rate Tariff (RRT) application, Direct Energy Regulated Services (DERS) has applied for approval of DRT and RRT rates, all energy-related costs, and a   newly introduced “reasonable retail margin”.

ENMAX ENERGY 2016-2018 Energy Price Setting Plan Compliance Filing

On October 30, 2017 the AUC issued a decision on ENMAX Energy’s 2016-2018 Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP). The plan has been in front of the Commission since 2015 while various (and at times very detailed) aspects of the energy procurement method were discussed.
