In Proceeding 29879, the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC or Commission) issued its decision on four applications filed by AltaLink Management Ltd. on behalf of it and its affiliated entities: AltaLink Limited Partnership, PiikaniLink L.P., and KainaiLink L.P. (collectively referred to as AltaLink).[1]
Because the parties had already negotiated and submitted a settlement agreement, the Commission’s decision addressed only the matters that were not resolved within that agreement.
