Ruling on the Application to Review and Vary the Decision to End Returns on AESO Customer Contributions

In proceeding 26608, the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) makes a decision regarding the applications submitted by ATCO Electric Ltd., ENMAX Power Corporation , and FortisAlberta Inc. (the review applicants) for a review and variance of Decision 26061-D01-2021 in which the Commission determined that Distribution Facility Owners (DFOs) would no longer earn returns on Alberta Electric System Operator (AESO) customer contributions.

Decision on EEA’s 2021-2024 EPSP Application

In proceeding 26316, EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. (EEA) is applying for the approval of their 2021-2024 Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP).
