Negotiated Settlement Agreement between MSA and BP is Approved.

The AUC has ruled on the negotiated settlement agreement (NSA) between the Market Surveillance Administrator (MSA) and the Balancing Pool (BP) in Decision 23828-D02-2020.[1]

ENMAX’s No. 1 Substation Replacement Project

ENMAX Power Corporation (ENMAX) has advised that its No.1 Substation which is located at 738 9th Avenue S.W in downtown Calgary is nearing end of life. As a result, ENMAX is requesting approval to build a replacement No.1 Substation located on the north side of 9th Avenue S.W., across the old substation, in Proceeding 25206 (also known as the facilities proceeding).[1]

ATCO Electric’s DTA Phase II Reply Arguments

In July 2019, ATCO Electric Ltd. (AE) submitted its Phase II Distribution Tariff Application (the Application) to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission).  The interveners in the proceeding (ID 24747) are the Alberta Federation of Rural Electrification Associations (AFREA), Altalink Management Ltd. (AML), the Canadian Solar Industries Association (CanSia), the Consumers Coalition of Alberta (CCA), Conoco Canada (Conoco), the Canada West Ski Areas Association (CWSAA), the Industrial Power Consumers Association of Alberta (IPCAA), and the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA). The arguments and reply arguments have now been submitted.
