Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC) proceeding 27067 is at the stage where participants, the City of Airdrie, the Building Industry and Land Development Association of Alberta (BILD) and FortisAlberta Inc are presenting their arguments regarding who should receive FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment. FortisAlberta’s streetlight investment refunds a portion of streetlight costs in occupied lots.

In Proceeding 26694, EPCOR Energy Alberta (EPCOR) responds to Information Requests (IR) from the Consumers Coalition of Alberta (CCA) and the Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) regarding its 2021-2022 Non-Energy Regulated Rate Tariff (RRT) Application (the Application) to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission).
On August 26, 2021, EPCOR Energy Alberta (EEA) submitted its 2021-2022 Regulated Rate Tariff (RRT) Application (the Application) to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) in Proceeding 26694. In this application, EEA applies for the non-energy charges applicable to eligible customers, and for several deferral accounts.
EPCOR Energy Alberta Inc. (EEA) is applying for approval of a new Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP), which, if successful, will replace the 2018-2021 EPSP and stay in effect until June 30, 2024. [1]
EPCOR Energy Alberta GP Inc. (EPCOR) is applying to the Alberta Utilities Commission (the Commission) for approval of the arrangement between EPCOR and Fortis Alberta Inc. (Fortis) wherein EPCOR provides regulated rate option (RRO) services to Fortis.[1]
On March 16, 2018 the AUC approved most aspects of EPCOR Energy Alberta (EEA) proposed 2018-2021 Energy Price Setting Plan (EPSP) in Decision 22357-D01-2018.
